Bill O'Kief is a native of the Pacific Northwest. Bill has a long and detailed history of commitment to both the economic and social prosperity of Oregon and Washington.

William's career in the mortgage lending industry began when he accepted a position with Washington Mutual in 1990. William’s dream of opening his own mortgage company in Oregon was realized in 1994 when he established Security Mortgage Lending.

Fraser brought his experience and expertise to Security Mortgage Lending over 18 years ago. He is an active, licensed Loan Originator and he prides himself at finding special niches and programs for all qualified borrowers.

Fraser has lived in Portland for 35 years and is very familiar with the local marketplace. He has a long list of satisfied clients and is always willing to share his expertise and knowledge with all his new and existing clients.

Dan Downing is a native to the Pacific Northwest, he and his wife have raised 3 children and now helping with grandchildren.

He has been working as mortgage originator for over a decade in Oregon, assisting dreams come true with purchasing and refinancing.
